A reaction of their system to using heavily abused IPs in wrong places. They have anti-proxy policies.
Go with mobile proxies for that dumb site with dumb moderation.
Find some provider who can provide 16 million of those mobile addresses. Most noobs will try to sell you 65k addresses or less giving you tight area of operation and low variety in your IP subnets.

Basically you want to be able to rotate your mobile IP addresses at these levels: 199.x.x.x and x.x.x.x. You don't want to rotate only at 255.255.x.x - this is too little. You want 255x255x255x255 or 255x255x255. 255x255 or 255 is nothing.

That can absolutely lead to bans, especially when creating accounts you do not want to see that screen, that means your IPs are of poor quality and are used by a lot of users.
It is solved by using ideally 4g/5g mobile proxies, though any clean enough IPs will fix that issue.
Also sometimes when using poorly configured automation (e.g badly configured selenium) it can flag your IP and as a result, that will start appearing.

That's normal or to be expected if you're using a good quality proxy. It essentially means they've detected you're using an ip from a questionable source. More likely than not it has been used before.
Do you know any proxy providers with those credentials? There are 100 of them here, but I can say 98 of them are pure sh!t.

If I was a rich man who had access to large numbers of proxies, I would not do youtube, but sell them myself.
I don't know how to source proxies unfortunately, that's why I'm doing YouTube.
I think two guys you can ask for large packs of proxies are lucky.sparks and TheMarquis.
But I don't know how big IP pools they have and if it even will work on Reddit. They tend to be honest, so probably they would answer that question.

Rotating residential proxies are your best bet because you'll get access to millions of IP's at the press of a button
i just looked up those mobile IPs u mentioned they are way more expensive is there any other solution ??
and have you used iproyal are they reliable ??

I think turnoff your VPN will be worked. like this article said. You can evaluate your ip address is clean or not with it's tool:

Hi, iv been used iproyal for different thing, for account creation it was ok with theire rotating resi plan .
But i was creating spotify accounts not reddit, u can test 1gb its not really expensive.
But Iproyal is a safe provider but some people telling the data usage are not "real" some leaks on it 1gb maybe not a real gb ( not sure about it but i have used a lot of gb for sure ^^ )
There are some optional conf with the rotating pool (exclude their isp )
This issue happens on certain webshare IPs.
There are no issues on IPs that start with 192., 199., 207., 130., 62.. Just make sure to get one of those.

Faced this problem myself, can confirm that the issue comes down to IPs, and that some of them have zero problems whatsoever.
You don't need 4G/5G proxies, just talk to your proxy vendor and they'll probably find a working proxy for you.
