I just found out youtube has its own URL shortener.
Example:
Code:http://youtu.be/M_bvT-DGcWw
You guys might be able to make something out of it, I doubt it though.
Thought you may want to know.

Yes, it has been around for a while now. I think Google bought it so 3rd parties would not have access to it, not that it is of a big use (I'm sure that if Google would want an URL shortener, they would think of a better name).
