Truthfully, I didn't have a f#cking clue who these clowns were, it is just that The Wife and The Son were chatting about them tonight.
They mentioned the live counter and I wanted to look and laugh.

The trademark office is such fucking bullshit they extend trademark so easily and then the corrupt lawyers agrue to their corrupt judge friends to make it legal.

I wouldn't mind if it was something like The FineBros Presents : Kids vs Food ; The FineBros Presents : People vs Technology ; The FineBros Presents : Celebs Reacte. But the fact that they are allowed to even get a temporary trademark is just fucking bullshit.

They are trying to, as was mentioned, but they have also taken down videos and channels in the past using React. They took down one that was doing Elders React, then the same month launched Elders React on their channel (for example).

Down over 400k subs now, and the people they have screwed over have been coming out to speak up. It's great.

I wonder if they actually learned anything from this.

It's one thing to apologize and say you made a mistake. It's another thing to learn from that mistake and do everything you can not to repeat it. Most people don't do well with the second part.
 
The whole copyright system is a joke. They just let you copyright anything.
