New to bhw but have enough IM experience to give my opinion on this one
Reading over this thread my input would be to keep it stupid simple
if you live in morocco highlight the scenery around you and incorporate your surroundings
you said you would like it to be personal so start off with a day in your life just record EVERYTHING
the more content you record the easier it will be to put together your videos.
DO NOT OVER THINK IT
make a video post it repeat, success comes from commitment and repetition
things to consider...
visual appeal - like I said before you live in bleeping morocco there is beautiful content everywhere...
find success and stick to it - throw videos up when one gains more traction than the other try and repeat that genre/niche or style of video
IT TAKES TIME - legitimate channels are work consistent uploads retain subscribers increase views etc..
Learn what you can about optimizing your youtube uploads in regards to keywords descriptions etc
the search button is your friend there is a wealth of knowledge on bhw

Why don't you do product reviews and then add Affiliate links to amazon and earn Commission.

I've seen people talking about creating playlists for your videos, this helps to get your videos viewed
I'd say be active in forums like Reddit is a good example or even social media platforms like Facebook, Google+.
OP should participate in conversations related to your video. Share OP's videos and even make videos in responses to the comments or discussions in the forum.
If it's Gaming, most games have a chat room within the game, OP can actively participate in convos or guilds and make videos about you and your guild mates doing a dungeon or guild war for example.
This is for Organic growth, aside from just creating content be part of the community.
In terms of paying for traffic via Fiverr.com etc etc, I'd say use when you need to but don't over do it. Think of it as a small boost to reach a target or boost parts of your channel that is falling back in making it rank.
But the real engagement, goes back to the first point and actively being part of the community, but make sure the community you are sharing youtube links to are not spam or a hard sell in nature "Watch this video to make millions at home" kind of hard sell.
This is just my thoughts but open for input from anyone more grand master than I.
