More and more people everyday are getting internet access and are watching YouTube.
As they say, the best time was 10 years ago. The second best is now.
Find a niche, learn how to make a video for a niche, keep uploading, watch your stats and experiment with your thumbnails, titles, video formats etc.
Just do it, basically.
