Why would you want to 'steal' others' videos? You wouldn't be able to monetise it anyway and sooner or later, someone will report you to the owners and the videos will get taken down, getting your channel banned. Just make your own videos with peace of mind that no one will take them down or harrass you. I just don't like people who steal others' videos on youtube and repost them.

You can change the hash, metadata, etc. Upload it and YouTube won't know it. But when you apply for monetization, they will reject you for sure.
