[YouTube] You create and upload videos - I'll rank them

Dear Blackhatters,

I?m looking for a partner to do some projects related to YouTube. Your task would be to create quality videos (no animoto BS!), handle uploads to different accounts and to optimise the videos for SEO. All that in bulk, also we'll begin it slowly. My task would be to rank those videos in YouTube and Google. Monetisation methods in order of my priority: Amazon, CB, CPA, PPD.

You:

• are an intelligent, hard working and honest person
• are in a similar time zone (just type ?time in Germany? into Google to check)
• have enough time for this project
• have great knowledge about optimising YouTube videos for keywords
• love quality more than quantity
• provide bulk YouTube PVAs (not at the start of course)
• provide bulk Private Proxies (not at the start of course)
• can create quality videos
• have good internet connection/VPS

I can provide:

• Views: Normal/High Retention
• Likes/Comments/Subscribers/Favourites
• Social Signals (Facebook Likes/Shares, Twitter Tweets/Retweets, Pinterest Pins/Repins, Google+1)
• Quality Backlinks with various SEO tools
• Video Embeds
• VPS
• Web Hosting (especially needed for the Amazon videos as we can?t link directly to Amazon from the YT videos).
• German language skills (especially useful for CPA, as German offers often have a very good pay out)

I?m not doing the following niches: Cracks/Warez, Health (?natural remedies for headache? yes, ?how to heal cancer? NO)

Why am I not doing it alone?

I don?t have time for doing it all alone. I?m involved into Kindle publishing and SEO and want to start another project soon. I don?t want to hire someone as I have enough running costs and I also don?t want to lose time for explaining someone about YouTube optimisation.

How much can we make?

From $0 or even losses to hundreds of dollars/day. It depends on us!

I think I can fit 99% of the bill except for the time zone (I'm in the US) but I basically sit at the computer 24/7 (I only sleep for about 6 hours, 2am est to 8am est).

I hate bulk-uploading (just mass crap/spam/junk uploading) due to how much it ruins YouTube and your account making method in its entirety.

I can easily provide bulk PVA accounts (I have my own method that I will not share), as far as IPs go I can try and get a rDSL line but that's as far as I can go on the topic of proxies without talking to you on skype more.

I have plans in the near future to mass-rank YouTube videos its just I don't have the capital needed to actually get 30 websites/niches setup, and then purchase a few million yt views.

I can easily automate it though, it wouldn't take but a day to get that part done, content for the title, description, tags might be a bit of a problem but nothing a bit of planning can't fix.
