Youtube wont monetise video

Hello guys,

So i uploaded a video that was downloaded from facebook page . the video was never been on youtube.

I created borders, even i made some effects, it wont monetise , channel is in good standing all other videos are monetised.

Would you guys mind to share a method how you monetise videos that you dont own?

i tried to send email to youtube but nothing :/

Im assuming they want some proof the content belongs to you? Unless you can prove you own it then it will never be monetized. And i highly doubt any video on Facebook thats worth watching isnt on YouTube somewhere
