It's fine, relaxing music videos or massage videos are making good bank on youtube

you could do AI voice overs. It wont affect your monetization, tough.
I guess having voice on them increase retention, but it depends on niche, of course.

You can do that and not get demonetized. With a great content and visuals, you are good to go.

There is no reason for YouTube to turn off monetization if you only do that.

some of them are doing killer numbers

for news niche, that might be difficult as footages/clips used in news often have a lot of duplicates and not original, so putting a commentary may be necessary to keep monetized.

No, don't worry about it, won't get demonetized as long as you follow the rules your own content and entertaining that is a must for Youtube, you will be ok.

If it is your own content, there is nothing to worry. If it is copied content, there will be strikes.

Your channel will not get demonetized if the video content and music are your own original content.

It's about your video actually. If you don't need voice or someone speaking that's fine. You can use some high quality music and make your video better, so you can get lots of views.
