Youtube with adsense PPC

Hi all.

I have monetized videos on YouTube but each click is generating only around $0.01 to $0.04 per click. How to i get this to improve please? Is this in the keywords part of the videos that i need to find better keywords? or is it something else?

These are my top 5 countries for earnings. The others are only low hits, normaly around 5 - 8 each.

India
United kingdom
Canada
Turkey
