Youtube + Website SEO / Keywords

Hey everybody, am looking for some guidance and what best route to take when creating this new project of mine.

What I'm looking to do is simple, setup both a youtube channel and website which promotes an affilaite link.

I have the finished product in my mind, but, do not have the seo, keyword know how, or ideas how to put it together and thats when I come to you guys for some advice. I know I can learn this stuff, but am willing to trade other resources for the knowledge to save time.

So that is where you come in, I have yet to create either the youtube channel or website, but will begin soon as in within the next week / few days.

What Info I need is what direction to take both the youtube channel and website interms of SEO so we can gain a lot of traffic as fast as possible.

Am looking to talk with someone who has a plan drawn up and can offer a fair price.

The main keyword im looking to target is uber and then possibly lyft.

Target long-tail, ultra low competition at first. I'd start by creating a 30sec video, to see if you can rank it in the next 3-5 days. This will drive almost no traffic to your channel, but if you make 10 videos, for instance, the traffic will multiply and you will be able to rank for bigger keywords, because your site + channel will gain a small authority in the niche.
