Would you attend to free YouTube webinar with some big developers/players in the youtube marketing niche?

NOTE: Please dont vote yes, if you want come to it... there is a lot of work and
preparation and we cant oford to pay/invite big names to a webinar and have
only 20 attenders from 300

@Razvan Yep... the hour will be a problem ... :P I would prefer to be 10 PM for romania, but dont know how well this will work for others :P
 
No offense intended Stocia, but that's kind of a vague poll. Would I attend a YT seminar that is just a re-hash of old ideas? Nope. I don't have time to waste on that kind of nonsense. I think most marketers here on BHW are beyond these seminars unless they really contain some groundbreaking ideas. That's not to say that the seminar won't be successful - but you might be targeting the wrong people here. Most of us are pretty seasoned vets; you might do better promoting the session to new marketers.

Can you give us an idea of what will be covered in the seminar? We might be able to give you a better idea of our interest knowing that.

mate, I will ask the members of BHW and Blaster Suite ( our private members) to suggest the topics that should be covered , for example how to make your youtube accounts not getting mass baned , how to search the most popular comments, any thing that they can think of...
I don't want it to be only for beginners, thats why I will ask all of you to write what topics should be covered...

Got it. I may have skimmed over that part. Here are a few suggestions:

1) Using next generation social media/sharing sites to push your video viral (reddit, digg, stumbleupon, etc). What are the best ways to generate "upvotes", for example? Best sub-reddits to utilize to make the front page?

2) Using YT advertising to promote your videos. I have a feeling that I'm not getting the most out of this. When you jump into the "ad planning" section it's easy to get overwhelmed with the options.
 
@padlock I will write down all the suggestions and if we will have enough participants to host a webinar , I will make sure to answer as much of questions as we can.

It depends, if it's just a pitch fest then no, I wouldn't be interested.

I'm not bothered if it's big players, it;s more about the content that you provide.
 
@stoica: YT semianar !! seems good. Any ETA about the webinar date/time?
 
We didnt set any date , we dont even know if we will create it , we still have to wait to see how many uses would participate... After we decide on creating it , we will make a pool to see what hour/date should we make it.

Let's hope we will have enough votes for "yes" ;)
