YouTube Watched Hours

Do youtube watched hours need to be from another youtube account or can I just build the hours from a different IP?

So if I watch all my Youtube videos on a different computer, with a different IP but don't have a youtube account on the computer does this count as viewing time towards the 4k hours?


On another point, dose watch time on other platforms count ie Reddit, WordPress etc.?

Let's say you share your youtube link on reddit and if the user is on any browser then it will be through a google account which will count as a view.And if you want to watch your videos on a different Computer and Ip then why not use a google account,login and then watch?

And about if without accounts it will count as a view or not,I don't know that so some experts can?

So, figured this out myself, you don`t need a google account or youtube account - just a good closed browser with fingerprint, youtube counts these as direct views and impressions.

Why do you need these hours if you don’t have enough organic views?

You`ve lost me, I wanted to know if the hours to get adsense approval on youtube had to be from other youtube accounts but it seems other accounts are not required and random plays work too!

So a mass load of IPv6s should work..

What are IPv6s? From my experience, I have noticed that views from non signed in accounts are hit and miss - sometimes they count toward watch time and sometimes not - but I have not figured out exactly why. YouTube will also only give you so much watchtime per IP address or account - I have not been able to do conclusive tests to figure out the exact numbers on this because youtube will give you the watch hours and then seemingly randomly take some away. (the algorithm is designed to be impossible to reverse engineer, but I am trying) My best advice to monetize your channel is just watch about 4-6 hours per account, and maybe have 2-3 accounts per ip address. Another good way to increase watch time is to make a long video - say 1-2 hours long. It seems YouTube will give you more watchtime from the longer videos. Keep in mind this is all a little speculative, but I did just recently monetize a channel using these methods

Very good ?, yes, I have heard that using 1-2 hour videos can get your watch time faster, I have been testing IP adddresses scraped and tested seems 1 out of 5 typically get you a view using a bot, but my bot kind of sucks so who knows. I have the views stick and count on my vids as well as other ppls vids that had 0 views and did 200 proxies and got them 55 views that stuck but my bot sucks.

The fingerprint changer for the browser is a great suggestion, might build my own bot using BAS(browser automations software) and add fingerprint option to it, will work much better.
