I have channels I need YouTube watch hours on. I've tried most panels, they drop after 4 days. And some require 1 hour long video. Does any one have a working non drop YouTube watch for short videos?

Paying real people on Microjob Sites to do this task is better if you don't want to run proper paid ads to achieve it

Make videos like people want to watch and share. Share and promote them on social media,friends and relevant online communities. Use good titles and descriptions so people can find them easily. Keep making videos and your audience will also grow.Building a genuine audience over time is the best way to increase watch hours on YouTube.

It will grow for sure, but it will require patience and effort, which not everyone is willing to invest.
 
Due to the recent YouTube update, it's not easy to find good panels.
 
Most of the panels nowayads drop views very fast, it's hard to find a good panel that has high retention rate.
