Yes, as you said, many panels do not work. The reason is youtube updated it. Running services, on the other hand, are slow 4000 hours of viewing, completing in 10-15 days. 1 month ago, it was completed in 3 days.

Most of the panels are not working at the moment yet there are still few services that are working. You can try and get test balance from sellers in the marketplace and see which works the best for you.
Not sure what you mean by "top 5 smm" and how you evaluate them but seems like besides 2-5 SERVICES they are all trash.

In their current state, they are all trash.
There are probably less than 10 services (not panels) that are working properly out of the thousands of panels and services out there.

There are still some panels which are working and they are listed in BHW marketplace. But what are you doing with so many channels ? Personal use or selling these ?
