Does YouTube count the watch time for the monetisation program from unsigned in user? Or, it is important to sign in to add hours to watch time.

YouTube counts all users' watch time, but it takes a while for it to be reflected in the monetization area.

Yup. it counts towards monetisation. It's not as valuable as a regular user and much less valuable than a premium user's watchtime though.

YT tracks views from both logged in and anonymous viewers, as long as the traffic is legit and organic.

Yes, YouTube counts watch time from both signed-in and unsigned users. It just needs to be valid watch time.

YouTube does count watch time from people who aren’t signed in too as long as the videos are public and getting real views.

It's not matter you're sing in or not. YouTube count all watch time. It's true sometime it's take few time to count it properly

Yes, YouTube does count watch time from unsigned-in users. If your videos are Private or Unlisted then Views Don’t Count.

unsigned or not signed in, all views are counted and so yes watch time will be counted.
