Youtube give pennies and the ROI is not that good in the beginning. If you think you can grind enough to generate several thousand subscribers to get sponsors, then surely Youtube will be a good option.

Even the biggest YouTuber life on YouTube is max 5 years. Then they are replaced by new youtubers. So make strategy like you have to extract maximum possible in these 5 years and then invest those earnings in some other business.

Write and publish content on your website. Then make a video about that blog article. Then publish the video on YT. In the video description add blog post link.
