I'm unable to get views on my channel should i buy an old yotuube account 3-5 years old and try it?

What do you mean ''unable to get views''? Do you mean no one wants to watch your videos or do you buy views but you don't get any? If it's the latter, panels aren't working currently for youtube for the most part. If it's the former, then it's more complicated.
