Depends what kinds of videos you are trying to promote. Some of the best "tricks" are not blackhat. Interesting content, good tags, etc.

You have to produce interesting content that people want. You can buy likes/subscribers/views but at the end of the day, they mean nothing if your videos are garbage. Same rules apply here to SEO, make sure you have a good title, description and tags. Use offsite methods by posting your video in different forums, reddit and social media websites. Most important aspect is "don't spam". The more you try to force people to watch your videos, the more they'll run in the other direction.

Once you've done all of that. You can use websites like youlikehits to get subs/views/likes just to kick things off but don't rely on them in the long run.

How about sending twitter traffic to your youtube

You won't get any good or even working public bot, get a developer and make one for yourself.
