Is this really true?:
"The more views you get on your YouTube
videos, the better ranking you get from YouTube and Google in
the search engine results."

If I artificially increase the views of my videos, can I increase my ranking? What are your perfect tool for this pourpose?

I think it's a combination of factors that will get your videos ranked on Google. Optimize the videos with keywords in the file name of the video, description, title etc. Also keyword rich links pointing to your video also help. Those things on top of views is a good way to get your videos ranked. I don't know if views alone will do it.

Yes, it's mostly views that get your videos ranked. Also, it's not that easy to artificially increase youtube views nowadays.
