Hello BHW friends, please help with this question
I am currently trying to work on shorts on the YouTube platform. I do all my work, I mean the content and the voice, but I suffer from the problem of the views . of my first video. It brought 3.4k views, the second 194 views, and the third and fourth 0 viewers
Also, I do not use anything to download the video. I do not use a VPN or a PROXY
I would appreciate any idea on this thank you

You should keep trying. If video goes viral, you will get lot of subscribers. Then you will get lot of views on videos.

This is quite normal and happens with many Shorts. Even I have faced this situation with some of my channels. It can be disappointing but I suggest you keep on making fresh videos and make sure you use all things original.

Consistency is the key here.

Only 4 videos are not enough. You need to upload a lot of video to learn the art of making good videos.

Subscribe to 50 channels you compete with on YouTube, watch what they do.


Second upload your videos to tiktok, if one gains traction upload to YouTube, tiktok is just to assess the algorithm before dealing with Goliath YouTube.

Hey Alex why so focused on shorts,Indeed they are trending and are good to get instant views.But Also post videos.In addition before posting any content on youtube make sure it's high quality. Add keyword that you want to rank in title+tag+description.Note: Add the keyword at least three times in description.last but not least, use VidIQ or other tools to find low competitive keywords.Post regularly.Hope it will help you,good luck.

I can answer this why? Shorts are a quick way to build from the fold, now the reason why shorts work I'll let you work on a particular audience I'll let you work that one out, but if you do another research you'll notice shorts are Google's counter weight to tiktok generating ad revenue while building a faster growing platform

YouTube shorts has a short life span, and not acting on shorts (since vidq hasn't even broken into the 10 million range means they're no different then anyone else saying quality; given they to need to make a living) would be suicide to any new or old relic channel)it doesn't matter if it's one or 50, the quality does determine a variety of factors on audience, but for those wanting to break the mold need to tell the algorithm and it reassures you when someone not only comments but where to take the channel.

I find shorts a vital tool to build better content.

The biggest problem with creators is of views only. This is because viewers are not liking your content.
 
maybe is the famous threshold but not sure, is the account new? or you recently starte to upload shorts?
