Youtube views VPN method stopped working yesterday?

So for the past year I have been manually logging into VPN's and watching my videos 30-40 times to boost them a bit and yesterday I noticed that youtube stopped counting VPN views?

I used:
a killswitch so the ips were never leaked
an auto cookie remover after every tab was closed
an OS + browser spoofer
5 different VPNS with multi country + multiple selectable IP's per country PLUS one VPN that uses fresh IPS every few days.

I cant think of what I am missing or what changed for google / youtube to stop registering VPN views any ideas?

Do you think it could be the fact that I try to block all trackers, location ad ect and block the location? Nothing has changed on my end im wondering if I should let use the location services and track the VPN for the views to count. I just wasnt sure if they would be able to link the VPN back to me if i let it do those things.

May be they are counting "unique counts" only, for example per ip/video visit count in 24 hrs

check you can count the visit from same ip after 24 hrs
 
Method still works so just use some free proxies and you'll be good to go :-)

Yea I use VPN's with 20+ different Ip's and go down the list of each IP then switch vpns and watch each video once with each VPN IP. I do it while im watching movies so it doesnt bother me that its not a fast method of views.
I use VPNS because one of my first youtube account was banned for view inflation when I used crappy proxies.
