Youtube views for webseries - HOW would you do it?

I have a client who is starting a web series on youtube. His goal is not to actually monetize on youtube but simply to get enough action so that people in Hollywood notice. He's somewhat well connected in the Hollywood world and asked around - hardly any of them know about buying views surprisingly.

Anyways, he is releasing 10 episodes in a season and wants to get 250,000 views per video in order to "impress" his hollywood friends enough to start getting meetings about making the web series an actual TV show.

I've used YTnuke for clients before but they do, occasionally get videos banned from youtube if buying this many views.

How would you do it? What Youtube provider would use to buy views? He can't afford youtube's views, obviously he is looking for something along the lines of a YTnuke.

Also - how many comments, likes, subs, dislikes, subscribes would he have to buy for each video to make it look natural and not raise any eyebrows?

Anybody have any experience doing something like this?

Again, not trying to monetize on youtube AT ALL - just trying to prove to Hollywood folks that it's a "popular" show. If it catches on with an online audience that's really just a bonus. Biggest thing is to NOT get his videos removed by youtube or not have enough views to comments/likes/subs ratio to raise suspicion.

check the marketplace. I trust dagreyon's service with all my needs. I would advise your friend to not waste his time with views, likes etc if he cannot afford a quality service

I would consider qqtube.com prices in line with what he can afford....so this is definitely a possibility, thanks. I just wrote them a few questions through their contact form. I did find it a little concerning that they say they have 24 hour live support but they were offline - doesn't quite make sense.
