Youtube views and cheap traffic

Can you buy cheap traffic from ad.ly or linkbucks and send it to a Youtube page? Will that count as views?

With YouTube, it's not only the number of views but also how long they spend 'watching the video'.

Even so, you'll always want to supercharge your Youtube videos with Backlinks, and this is one place that I use backlinks that would otherwise cause trouble.

They wont work as the viewer's go to other site and not to mention that the view is for 5 sec only. And youtube needs atleast 30 secs for them to count as a view.
