I think they used many social exchange website at the same time, Ex: youlikehits, socialclerks....
With youtube: vagex, u2bvews

That wouldn't work. Enhance views it self requires 9k credits for 300 views. And the cost of 9k credits on EV is $9. You can easily get 5k views + overdelivery for that price
