Youtube View Count Error? Anyone?

Ok, I'm seeing something very strange.
I've been doing Youtube for 8 months, yet for the first time, I am seeing ADSENSE daily view count is 20% higher than Youtube Analytics page's daily view count.
10% of my videos are not monetized so for past 8 months, I always had 10% lower view count for ADSENSE since ADSENSE only counts monetized views.
But few weeks ago, it changed.
For some very strange reason, ADSENSE view count is much higher than Youtube's view count.
Any of you experiencing the same thing?
Anyone knows the reason behind this?

A guess - YT is verifying views, so the view counts are delayed?

However, I think that might not be the case since it has been ongoing for at least 2 weeks yet those old daily views still show that Adsense view count is 15~20% higher than Youtube Analytics view count.
If Youtube Analytics was verifying the views, then the views from 2 weeks ago should have been adjusted to the level of Adsense but that's not the case.
So whatever it is, My Adsense view is 15~20% higher than Youtube Analytics views.
I didn't buy any views and all my views are 100% genuine views.
Never heard of this kind of situation and it's confusing.

Sounds like simply the fact that Adsense has less strict parameters on view time (retention) whereas YT has very strict parameters on view time before it counts a view as a view.

Maybe you are correct.
This is very confusing.

I haven't encountered anything like this. I'm not very handy with AdSense but I am good with YouTube.
