Thanks for saving our time. Well my time at least. So you mean to say, this guy says he has a method, asks for a programmer, then asks the programmer to give him a method?

Basically yeah, he pretty much wants you to find out how to make him a new YT views bot but he doesn't have any of the technical information that is needed to do it
And he has a horrible rep count so I would suggest not dealing with him anyways.
