YouTube video with Google ads

I created a video last week using cinema 4d. It's an original video, on a channel with 74 other original videos.

I created an ad on Google ads but it has been under review for about 4 days. It says on the Google ads website that if the review takes longer than a day, to contact them. I have sent an email but had no response yet. Unfortunately phoning is not an option because the account is not my in my name.

Can anyone advise me of my options please?

I just got over the same thing. I made a video ad over 7 days ago and i only heard back today, and that's after i had to contact customer support. I don't know what the hell is going on with AdWords lately.
