This video pop up in my recommended session and the title it's translated into my language (romanian), but it's like a bad translation so I figured out it's an automatic translation, how did he do that? Is there an option on youtube?

Thanks

If the viewers language on YouTube is set to english or greek then youtube will translate the title to that language.. As uploader you don't have any control on this, it's automated and related to the system language.

It's an option you can access in the "Info & Settings" of a video and then you go in the "Translations" tab just under the video preview.

There you select the original language of the meta-data an then you can translate the Title and the description in any language you want.

If the viewers language on YouTube is set to english or greek then youtube will translate the title to that language.. As uploader you don't have any control on this, it's automated and related to the system language.

But it's not automated, you need to do the translation in every language you want it be in and to do so, most people use google translate.
