Youtube video stuck at 300

It takes couple of days to update if you are not that popular on youtube. Then try to use vagex to bump it again
 
Advertise on BHW
add some backlink to the video and share it on social sites
 
Its just the standard youtube deal. Usually it will say 301+ now
 
Youtube just freeze videos to 301+ and after 12-24 hours will defreeze.
 
It will definitely unfreeze in a couple of days. Youtube wants to verify the views when they reach the 300/301/302 count.
Don't worry, it will work out fine!

Normally it occurs from botted views. I'd give it 24-48 hours to clear out and there are some cases where weeks can go by before the video goes past the 301 mark.
 
I am having a similar problem... I have tweaked my video and was making 3x the $$$ from ads and then on July 3rd my $$$ stoppped all together and my youtube video doesn't show videos anymore. My account still in good standing and video still monitized. Is this similar to your problem? If not anyone have a solution? I don't want to contact youtube.

Are these views , that are sold in BHW "real" traffic?
If you will refresh your browser for like 400 times, will it count as views or not ?
