Youtube video snapshot image?

Hi all,

I've noticed a few videos on youtube where the snapshot image for the video appears to show an image which does not actually appear in the video when you click through to it .

Any ideas how this is possible?

This is only possible for people who are partners on YouTube. they can upload a different thumbnail for the video.
