Youtube Video pushing

• Building backlinks to the video
• Buying Google Ads (like from fiverr) on the Video to get real traffic and interaction
• Pushing with fake views
• Pushing with real views (expensive) - suggestion?

Might be a bit offtopic but I used to publish videos and get them on the money site. Back in the days some shitty views, likes and comments have been enough to fullfill to get ranked well.
Now I done it on some videos and it looks like all got deranked. The views are all external (obviously) and quality wise pretty ok. None got deleted. Used 3 different services.

Now the question, whats the best way to get the video around? I saw a couple of things like

I don't know why Youtube changed it's algorithm but it looks like views from external sources and likes are not that important anymore the best way for your videos to get ranked is to make them longer more detailed and more educational also use a call to action in the description and add links to your other videos
