youtube video promotion needed

So im pretty new to this, and this will be my first outsourcing of this kind. I basically need to boost a youtube vid's position in search engines/youtube search for certain terms. ive got article promotion sorted, and based on my limited knowledge my next step is to start targeting other areas to promote my video.

i need visitors to the video page, and also suggestions on any other services thatd further boost the videos visbility
