Youtube video lower 3rd banner

i have no experience in Adobe After Effects and just know how to make video i want to add lower banners into my videos and never work on these things before. If i purchase any template from ideohive.net/ so i can do it easily ?

Because they are giving with product tutorials also after watch tutorial or follow tutorials instruction can i learn this ?
