youtube video indexing?

Hello.
I uploaded my YT video about a week ago on youtube for unpublic. I get about ~80k views, 300-400 likes, 20 comments and turn that into public about 2 days ago. And if i searching my keywords, video doesn't exist on top 300 list.
When I written my channel name, on first position I saw that there is written 1 video, but my channel has 2 videos. (there wasn't video about I written above)
Important: search volume isn't too big, competitors too.

The unlisted method isn't guaranteed ranking like it used to be. It all depends on what keywords you're going after.

Plus, if you kicked someone out of their ranking they may flag your video and get you dropped from the SERP's.

Are there other YT videos positioned with the same keyword? Maybe google doesn't consider yt video done
