it might be one of several possibilities. first i would recomend that u reboot ur phone nd see if there is an internet connection working and utube can be opened in a web browser. if the problem persists only in the application u can try to clear the cache or update the app.moreover please tell us which device do u have nd whether there is any error message or the videos simply continue to load.
 
Depends on the reason you want it removed. If it’s your content, use YouTube’s copyright/privacy/report options. If you don’t own it, you’ll need a valid reason for removal, just asking won’t work.
