Youtube Video Copyright Issue

I have the social media pages from where i can get a huge amount of traffic on Youtube videos. But the problem is when i upload videos on Youtube it always gives me copyright issue which means i can't monetize the video. Now i have a really great offer for you which is if you can give me the method to prevent my videos from copyright issues then i can give you a facebook fan page having 12k likes.
