Youtube Validation

Mi French Youtube Channel is going well and i'm doing the same new channel in german version to scale.

My question is : is it better to provide à german phone number to validate the Youtube Channel ? I'm wondering if this have any impacts to the visibility of the channel.

If yes, could a german person give me his phone number to validate my youtube channel in DM ? I can pay in return
