Youtube username harvester+friend adder?

Is there a program out there that can harvest usernames of people that commented on a specific video and add them as a friend? In case that doesn't make any sense: if you wanted to promote a gaming channel it would get usernames of people who commented on, for example, a Halo 3 video, and add them, because they are obviously interested in gaming.

yeah u can use search on the forums or tubeblasterpro and theres others just use search and u'll find tons of stuff for it.

No, but there is a User URL harvester for keyword you wanna search for.

Example if you wanna target Halo3 users, you enter that keyword in the bot, and it will scrape out user urls for you to later add as friend or message.
