The less you watch those type of videos, the less they will be shown to you.
From what I've gather, those type of videos are mainly popular in countries were adult content is banned or not easily accessible (needing a vpn).
And from what I get regularly recommended on YT, I would assume that electronic repair channels are on the rise, along with mechanical and electrical DIY channels.

Content moderation is a tedious job. Youtube can't draw a line separating hot content from adult content. Moreover, Google relies heavily on algo than people. So, if algo can't recognize it, nothing stops it. Moderators may allow it if the majority of viewers have no problem with it. They'll only bother if there are high amount of reports on a video or channel. Once Sora gets public access, there'll be a ton of videos flooding Youtube from all corners.

My YouTube channel mainly focuses on internet marketing stuff, with only 1-2 videos about modeling, etc.

I feel like that this isn't really new, although, this thread would have been a bit more shocking 10+ years ago. It doesn't even take you watching suggestive videos to get suggestive videos, it could be based solely on the title of a video that seems suggestive, albeit probably a couple of them.
