Hate it or love it it’s been part of our life, and honestly I’m one of them who like watching on tv too. So how has been your experience as a creator, viewer or even advertisers

it’s definitely shaped how we consume content.

Initially it was a difficult to stream when they first came. I remember opening a video. Putting it on mute to let stream fully without buffering. Then watch it.

Did any one do that in the earlier days of YouTube. Now I cannot do that, as I have no patience hahah

Yup early users did do that and now I’m scared to see people will use it at 4x playback speed (premium user feature)

Being able to find music, videos, moments from a bygone era has been amazing.
Not to mention, the constant stream of memes are wonderfully entertaining :anyway:

No way it's 20 years old. Feels like I was born after YouTube lol

Ah the days of buffering, I don't miss those. Put it on, go make a brew and hope it's loaded by the time you come back.
now 5 second ads annoy the hell out of me and if it's in the middle of something I'm enjoyiung then it tends to make me hate the product/brand. I know it's a necessary evil but can't help my mental brain :(

As a viewer, YouTube today is next-level .Yyou can learn real academic subjects, pick up valuable skills, and dive deep into complex topics, all in high quality. It’s replaced TV for me completely. Why watch mindless shows when you can level up for free?
