Youtube truth for newbie

I have a successful YouTube account according to my perspective. Not much yield but in my opinion enough to do further research.

- I see that to be successful on YouTube what you need is luck. Luck for the youtube algorithm to love your video.

- I saw another thread shows that he has many channels but only 1 was successful. It's very difficult to repeat success on that channel.

- Fear of using money to buy tools and do research also contribute. If we look at the real world, to make money, of course you need money. We don't need to waste money if we really have the talent and passion to learn the skills we need to create a channel. Some making a video in poor quality and hope it goes viral and after that he felt himself failing because he unable to attract any viewer.

- Stop YouTube after uploading less than 15 videos. Even though our attempts to upload these 15 videos still fail, this is very beneficial for producing research data about which videos are good and which are not.

YouTube shorts is a golden ticket as of now. I've noticed content from almost all niche pop up. I believe it's more engaging as it's a replica of TikTok (And preferably, shorter videos)

improve ctr on ur videos

It is no luck. Optimize your video, manipulate the CTR, promote organically and bot it as well. You will see results

I'm getting sick of people telling that YT is not working but at the same time they upload 5 videos and then quit.

Try different things. Be fluent. A little patience

In my case, I have the same title than other competitors (Fortnite + name of the challenge).
The rank in search page is random.

The only thing that helps is being in the firsts to post, but it helps only for some hours because other competitors who posts after can have a better rank so mine is decreasing.

Youtube is still working fine

Try to improve CTR and optimized videos.
