if you combine several posts and reports on this forum, you are going to get exactly what you asked for. You can check Ruck's blog as well, he had a post on that - see my signature.

If i have time, i will write a report called Beginner's guide to Youtube Marketing, cause i see so many people needing help on this, but it will take some time.[At the moment i am planning to write Youtube Traffic Thieves II - updated version to reflect the recent changes in the ranking algorithm]
