I just wanted to know rather than paying someone to generate traffic to youtube which Ive been doing. How do the companies push traffic onto your video? Is there a software which does it? And if so which is the best and easiest to use and whats the cost?

You mean, how to get more views etc (legit views, not artificial ones)?

Well, there are a lot of guides on this forum explaining how to get higher on search results etc. But maybe consider using programs like TubeFlow (http://www.tubeflow.co.cc) to attract people to your channel.
