Youtube traffic exchange

What's the difference between a traffic exchange site and youlikehits?
With the help of youlikehits I can add 400 views that have been around for a month.
With the help of the traffic exhange site I can add 2-5k views and all views and ioutube outlines.
When using a traffic exchange system, you also use a referral as I do and block the proxy view and youtube deletes all views, while views with youlikehits stand. What is the difference?

Not sure exactly how youlikehits works but it looks like they have formed a system that is less spammy which is why the views may still stand for you. I am slightly confused as to why they state they are not an exchange site but I guess that doesn't matter really, maybe it's an attempt to game Youtube.

I don't know why youtube doesn't count for real ip views from traffic exchange systems and if refferial and block proxy are used

I can only imagine if the website it's from is spammy maybe they detected it. Since you will be linked to the videos from one website. I still think it may be worth trying on another computer/ip using the same website to see if they stick.

I use a hidden referral so I don't think that's a problem.
