Do these rank at all? I would think so because the voice is transcribed and if nobody else is doing that video then its not duplicate content, also theres content spinners.

Tried once, which I create a video summary of the video, and post to a wordpress site, doesn't work for me, Google only indexed a few

Why transcribed? There are tons of tool just extract the CC subtitles and post to wordpress, why use AI to do it in hard way, if you wanna spin, there are more good contents outside of youtube platform.

If the audio is transcribed and / or there is CC on the video then I would think that would be obvious duplicate content.
