It's not the PC. You could even have virtual machines in the same PC and it's like several PC's.

Your account is removed because of breaking YT rules.
You can have 100 YT accounts on 1 PC 1 IP and if 99 accounts are not breaking the rules, all 99 accounts can't get banned.
If 7 accounts breaking the rules then
