Can anyone contact youtube support via chat? The message I get is "Chat is currently unavailable. Please try again during the specified hours of operation.". How to fix this?

Youtube support can be sporadic. Try reaching them during off-peak hours or consider community forums for immediate help. (May be try X and tweet at them.)
