Not sure if this is what you want but this will log into your YT account, and then subscribe to all users channels who are in the most popular videos of the day.

I tried the bot, but there is a day limit for subscription.
Talking about this, there are many channels on youtube where you can see just people subscribing is a good river of traffic, but you need to have a huge number os subscribers to make the channel work by itself.
Most of the SUB X SUB channel are for teenagers (I say in case that someone here wants to target) just to let you know..
