Keep posting but also take a look at your content. At the end of the day YouTube does have a decent algorithm when it comes to quality of content it seems. To be clear not necessarily objective great quality, but it definitely pushes content that people gravitate towards.

You need to drive external traffic to gain more followers and get people to follow you (this should be your CTA).

Algorithm has buried your account if no traction by 100 your accounts dead. You'll need to set the failed videos as playlists and restart again.
YouTube is a value system people exchange time for views, if you have nothing they care for they will not watch including me.
